When you submit a form (free website audit or contact), we collect your name, email, phone, business, website URL, and the goals you share. We may also log your user agent and IP for spam prevention.
Only to respond to your enquiry, deliver the audit, and follow up. We never sell your data. Transactional emails are sent via Resend on our behalf.
Submissions are kept while our working relationship is active and for a reasonable follow-up window. You can request deletion at any time by emailing hello@jaywebworks.site.
