We provide web design, development, SEO, and related consulting services. Specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in a written proposal or statement of work signed by both parties.
Unless a proposal states otherwise, projects require a deposit to begin and final payment before launch. Late payments may pause work.
On full payment, you own the final custom code, copy, and design assets we produce for you. We retain rights to reusable components, tooling, and portfolio use of the finished work.
The site and services are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the services in the preceding three months.
